Generate Leads- Involves setting up Facebook and LinkedIn pages. The SEO affects what is shown with your company and purposely makes the advertisements for the product/service shown more than other advertisements.
Build Credibility- Build the social media profile to show the products/services your business is providing. Check if there are any competitors who's social medias look similar.
Stay on top of mind- Everything posted on the social media should be frequent and timed (eg one post every two days). The idea is to keep the brand in the audience's mind throughout the campaign
Drive to the sweet spot- Offer the user they cannot get anywhere else. For example: free downloads, behind-the-scenes previews similarly to how Netflix offer 1 month free for their service.
Strengthen relationship- Self explanatory
Earn referrals- Ensure reviews that are positive by most notable reviewers show at the top
Staff and Personnel:
Project Manager- Leads the overall project
Data Analyst- Leads the analysis of reach and aggregation (collating social media data in one place)
Live content manager- Responsible for all content that's posted; schedules distriution
Copywriter- Writes copy for the campaign
Graphic Designer- Repurposes logo and graphic material so it's suitable for online distribution
Photographer/Videographer- Photographs/videos material and repurposes, edits for social media distribution
