Begin with finding out the sponsor's reputation and therefore the effect they would have on InTouch. I would continue with a search engine optimisation for the sponsors and InTouch. This would then be continued with using Hootsuite to plan the posts and when they would be posted. Hootsuite could then be used throughout the campaign to see how well the campaign is being received by its viewers. A gantt chart on monday.com would be used to plan the campaign and include milestones with details for personnel who are on a need to know basis. Advertising would be done on the social medias as well as local advertising in coffee shops, the libraries where the app would be present as well as the community centre. In the last paragraph I would go over the legal and ethical concerns of the campaign.

Regulation, Good Practice and Censorship

The government is trying to bring in legislation against certain social medias despite the majority of them already having their own guidelines and regulations. There are currently no standard regulations or regulatory bodies to monitor social media. However, private businesses cannot break the Data Protection Act (by, for example, publishing clients' personal details without personal information). China block social medias like Twitter and Facebook. Instead they use social media sites such as Sina Weibo (a microblogging website similar to that of blogger or Facebook) or WeChat (similar to Messenger or Snapchat) both of which are on closed networks on which the government can censor what the citizens can see.
